Shipping and Delivery Policy
After your payment has cleared and received and your order is being processed and directed to our warehouse for packaging and shipping within 3 days to less than a week. In case you requested specific sizes / colors in your comments box - it may take a little longer because products have to be re-packaged. We ship anywhere in the world where all major courier companies like: DHL / TNT / FedEx / UPS / EMS / Post Office / other - service. Delivery is estimated 10-15 business days after payment received. As soon as your order is shipped we will post in "YOUR ACCOUNT" - information re: Courier Service Provider and Tracking # of your package(s). At that time by using the information provided you can check "status" of your order 24 / 7 at courier service provider website - as indicated in your tracking information.
It is your responsibility to contact courier service provider / post office / etc.. - in case your package is already in your destination and "on hold" . Courier service provider may need some additional information from you . In case you DO NOT pick your package and order is sent BACK to sender - WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RE-SHIPPING.

In cases where the package received appears to have been tampered with, you MUST also contact the courier service provider and file a claim with them. Your complaint will then be investigated with the shipper. This is the only way to cover losses for the above matter. Please be aware that the manufacturer is not responsible for damages / shortages - this is the responsibility of the SHIPPING COMPANY.

Duties, Taxes, VAT Taxes
Taxes, duties, VAT taxes of your respected country is the CUSTOMERS responsibility. The amount you pay for your order is only for the product and shipping as indicated by "shipping included" in the product description. You have NOT PAID FOR the DUTIES & TAXES of your respective country.
Products are shipped from our warehouse at the place of origin with the exception of products with product code # ending in "WH", "AS", "KN" and "CV" which are shipped from Canada. Therefore all customers ( including Canadian customers ) are responsible for ALL duties and taxes.
Regarding Products and Your Order
PLEASE NOTE: - All products are PRE-PACKAGED in 5pcs / 10 pcs / 20 pcs / 25 pcs lots / etc.. according to information and pictures posted for each product in our web site catalogue. The information posted is - as the stock lot originally received. However by the time you are ordering - even though we try hard to be fair to all our customers and evenly distribute their orders -assorted and according to availability -at the time of your order - some sizes / colors / styles they may be sold out - therefore the product you will receive maybe in not all colors / styles as posted. Please make sure you understand - those are surplus merchandises not a regular stock - for us to reproduce if sizes / colors / styles are sold out. " THAT IS IT "
All products are "SOLD AS IS" according to the description and information posted on our website.
For the same reasons you can not pick and choose sizes / colors. You can inquire in “Order Comments Box” – your preferences and according to the availability we will try our best to accommodate you. Make sure you order as per Minimum Order Quantities as posted in our website catalogue - otherwise you will not be able to complete your order and we will not be able to process it. You can not order less than the Minimum Order Quantities of any lot.

Cancel / Return / Refund / Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – due to the nature of the “ Surplus Merchandises ” business.
However, in case of major damages to any or all product (s) of your order or mistakes with the product shipped -
* You MUST inform us within 48 hours (2 business days) about the problem via email.
* You MUST include: your order # / product code # / detailed description and PICTURES of damaged goods.
After we receive your complaint we will investigate accordingly.
After completion of our investigation - if the problem is legitimate and we approve your complaint - we will inform you in writing via email with findings of our investigation.
CANCELLATION - for order(s) that were already placed and paid for. Once the order is placed and paid for, merchandises are automatically taken out of our inventory and considered Sold Out to the customer. On top of that - after order placed and paid for, our system automatically process products of the order to different warehouses of IceCanadaInc.com world-wide for shipping to customer's destination - as per order instruction.
We will accept CANCELLATION of your order within 24 hours from the DATE / TIME you placed and paid for your order.
You MUST inform IceCanadaInc.com within 24 hours by E-mail ONLY that you want to CANCEL your order. Please send E-mail to sales@icecanadainc.com . Please include your name and order #.
Please MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND and ARE AWARE that RE-STOCKING & HANDLING FEES of 25% will be deducted from the amount you've paid for your order.
REFUSE PACKAGE ON ARRIVAL - if you refuse package on arrival - YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED !
You can NOT refuse package on arrival. However as per our Terms & Conditions you have other options if you want to RETURN / REFUND for any or all products of your order. Please follow the steps in accordance to our Terms & Conditions as posted below in RETURN / REFUND POLICY. If you refuse package on arrival - YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. No further explanation or negotiation in regards to this matter. Please ask as many questions as you have BEFORE you place and pay for your order to avoid any misunderstandings !
In case you ( or anybody at your address ) refuse to accept package on arrival and later you advice IceCanadaInc.com that you want us to re-ship product(s) back to you - please NOTE - you will be charged for all shipping costs back and forth from the warehouse from where your package(s) was originally shipped to your door. Also you have to allow TIME ( whatever it takes ) for Courier Co. to return package to original warehouse and for us to re-ship product back to you.
RETURNS - You have 7 business days to return products from the DATE / TIME you receive from IceCanadaInc.com your RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number with the instruction where to ship the product(s) you HAVE AUTHORIZED to RETURN providing the following:
You contact IceCanadaInc.com via E-mail ONLY prior RETURN and within 48 hours to obtain RMA number as per instruction and steps 1, 2, and 3.
The product(s) you are authorized to return with your RMA number MUST BE - In its ORIGINAL conditions including all original packaging ( like branded poly bags, boxes, dust covers, etc..), with all tags attached - exactly as received: CLEAN and UNWORN.
You ship product(s) within 7 business days using Registered Courier Co. which provide on-line tracking information and E-mail to sales@icecanadainc.com NAME ( website address ) of Courier Co, and tracking number.
Make sure you ARE AWARE that following charges apply and will be DEDUCTED accordingly:
A - shipping costs from original country's warehouse from where package(s) of your order has been shipped to your door.
B -RE-STOCKING & HANDLING FEES of 25% from the amount you've paid for your order on top of the shipping cost as mentioned above.
C - Costs of shipping product(s) you authorized to RETURN back to IceCanadaInc.com - it is your responsibility and NOT ours.

How to RETURN ITEM(s) Step by Step:
Step 1 - you MUST contact us via E-mail ONLY ( sales@icecanadainc.com ) within 48 hours ( 2 business days) from the DAY / TIME you've received the package of your order as per Courier Service provider records and ASK for RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number. In your E-mail you MUST include your order # / Product(s) code # you want to return / DETAILED description with quantities and PICTURES of damaged products. AFTER you receive RMA number from IceCanadaInc.com with detailed instruction and address WHERE to ship the product(s) - follow to Step 2.
PLEASE NOTE - You MUST obtain an RMA number BEFORE shipping back product(s). Any returned goods without an RMA number will NOT BE ACCEPTED and NO REFUND will be issued !
Step 2 - Package the return product(s) properly. Returned product(s) MUST BE in its ORIGINAL CONDITION otherwise product(s) will not be accepted for REFUND. Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging ( like branded poly bags, boxes, dust covers), with all tags attached, clean and unworn. Please write your name / address / your order # and RMA number on the outside of the package. This will ensure correct and quick processing time. Please NOTE - it is customer's responsibility to make sure that package is POSTED CORRECTLY. IceCanadaInc.com is NOT responsible for any goods that are lost, damaged or stolen while in transit back to our warehouse as per instruction which you will receive with your RMA number.
Step 3 - Ship authorized item(s) within 7 days to the address provided with your RMA number. You MUST pay for the shipping cost to return the items(s). Please use registered services which provide on-line tracking information. Advice NAME of Courier Co. and tracking information by sending E-mail at: sales@icecanadainc.com as soon as you've shipped produt(s) back to us.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS - NO REFUND on any item(s) market " CLEARANCE " in our website catalogue.
REFUNDS - Once we've received returned item(s) and all of them are in the original condition as per our Terms & Conditions of our RETURN POLICY - then and only then we will issue a REFUND with DEDUCTIONS as mentioned above.
A - The 25% re-stocking FEES of handling the products of your return will be DEDUCTED from the amount you paid for your order.
B - DEDUCTION for original shipping cost to your doors from the warehouse from where the package(s) of your order was shipped to your door on top of the 25% re-stocking fees. As promoted " with FREE SHIPPING " - you have NOT paid extra for shipping cost when you've placed and paid for your order.
In case of MAJOR damages to the product(s) like factory defects, visible stains, product(s) in NOT saleable conditions or any mistakes made on the part of IceCanadaInc.com please INFORM us by e-mail within 48 hours as per above RETURNS POLICIES with detailed E-mail and Pictures of the damaged products for us to investigate and reply to you accordingly. You will have options either RETURN products for REFUND as per our RETURN POLICIES stated above or we will either issue a CREDIT to your account towards your next purchase or we will ship with your next order same or similar product ( same or similar VALUE).
Very important NOTE : Due to the fact all products are OFF-PRICE / Factory Over-Runs / Surplus merchandises and NOT a regular inventory products as we've explained in our Terms and Conditions above - we will NOT ACCEPT RETURNS / REFUNDS for products you've received regarding the following:
- Colors are darker / lighter than pictured; NOT all colors / designs as per picture received; sizes or colors are NOT as per my instructions;
